Synopsis of Orginal Bill:
(without Amendments) | This bill requires that repairs or additions or improvements on the Delaware Memorial Bridge use iron, steel, and manufactured products made in the United States unless the Secretary of DelDOT determines one of the stated exceptions applies. The bill provides a process for, and notice of, the Secretary’s determination.
