Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 17 OF THE DELAWARE CODE TO ENABLE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO CREATE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS AND ESTABLISH FEES FOR TRAFFIC STUDIES FOR SUCH DISTRICTS.
Synopsis of Orginal Bill:
(without Amendments)
This bill enables local governments, in coordination with the Department of Transportation, to create transportation improvement districts (TIDs) and an appropriate fee schedule for such studies.
