Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EDUCATOR LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND PREPARATION PROGRAMS. |
Synopsis of Orginal Bill:
(without Amendments) | This bill continues the current practice which allows school districts to hire qualified school nurses in a timely and appropriate manner. The bill keeps in place current language that requires applicants for school nurse to achieve a passing score on an examination of general knowledge within one fiscal year after the date of hire.
