| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, TITLE 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE AND CHAPTER 72, VOLUME 78 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO BANK FRANCHISE TAXES. |
Synopsis of Orginal Bill:
(without Amendments) | This Act maintains the 10 year tax credit available to bank franchise taxpayers that create 200 or more jobs by extending the sunset of the tax credit from January 1, 2022 to January 1, 2032 and providing for a rolling base year for measuring employment growth.
