Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EMERGENCY MEDICATION IN SCHOOLS. |
Synopsis of Orginal Bill:
(without Amendments) | This Act would bring best practices to Delaware schools with respect to prevention of serious injury or death from anaphylactic reactions caused by an allergy or life-threatening crisis due to asthma. Delaware schools shall have Emergency Medications available for administration by the School Nurse or Trained Person to individuals showing symptoms of a life-threatening allergic or asthmatic reaction.
