| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 4 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS. |
Synopsis of Orginal Bill:
(without Amendments) | This bill continues the process of updating the Liquor Control Act to make it more modern and consumer-friendly. The bill allows stores the option to open at 8:00 a.m. for a period up to three consecutive months each year to adjust for seasonal variations in business. The bill allows package stores to be open if they wish on Thanksgiving Day. The bill allows package stores to open at 9:00 a.m. on Sundays instead of noon.
