Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 130, VOLUME 67 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO TRUTH IN SENTENCING.
Synopsis of Orginal Bill:

This bill ensures that Truth in Sentencing provisions apply to Title 21 felony offenses.
